What we collect

• When you order: your email address, the country you choose, what you bought, the creator code if you enter one, and when you opened your codes.
• Payment: handled by Stripe Payments Europe. We never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Your bag is kept only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us until you pay.

No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics.

Why

To deliver your codes, help you if something goes wrong, prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires (Swiss data protection law, and the GDPR where it applies).

Where it is stored

Order data is stored with Cloudflare (servers may be outside Switzerland). Payment data is stored by Stripe.

How long

Order records are kept for 10 years, as Swiss bookkeeping law requires. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we store about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows. Email . You can also complain to the Swiss data protection authority (FDPIC) or the authority in your country.
